Who's behind this resource?

Hello! I'm Lucy, a parent, teacher, author and Christian parenting blogger. I've been writing devotionals for children and teens since 2022, writing books since 2019 and encouraging parents through my blog since 2012.

I live in York, England, with my vicar husband Al and our four kids aged 11-16. All my resources are created out of lived experience parenting a busy family. We long to help our kids meet with Jesus in every season - which is how I started writing quick, easy, fun devotionals for kids which encourage depth of thought and relationship with Jesus.

I hope this resources serves your family well.

No, this is an entirely digital product. That means no waiting for the postie to come!

Your child can still do the devotional, but will need a touchscreen device and digital pen to access the fun daily activities.

Is there someone you know whose printer you could borrow? Perhaps a grandparent or friend? Could you use the printer at work or at church?

Once you've checked out, you'll receive an email with access instructions. Following these instructions will take you to the resource dashboard, from which you can easily download or print it - but any problems, just give me a shout: lucy@lucyrycroft.com

I reckon around 5 minutes a day (but more if your kid wants to connect with God for longer!).

Absolutely! Each day's Bible reading is really short, and so is the commentary that comes with it. It doesn't assume a prior knowledge of the Bible, but will also engage children who know the Bible well from Sunday school and any previous discipleship input in the home.

The price has been set deliberately low to ensure easy accessibility and affordability for regular families. If people start to print these resources in huge quantities then, as their creator, I lose out financially. I'm not trying to make millions, but this is my livelihood.

By all means use this for as many children as you have in your home. If you have younger children, you are welcome to print this out again for when they start school - that is the beauty of a digital resource!

But if you'd like to make copies for people outside your home - e.g. for a church children's group or a bunch of friends' kids, then please email me at lucy@lucyrycroft.com and I can send you an invoice for making bulk copies.

As this is a digital product, it's impossible to 'return' in the same way as a physical product. However, do email me any feedback on lucy@lucyrycroft.com, as I'm always keen to hear how I can improve my resources.
